PRAISE — TRADE IT & MOVE IT!
Stop magnifying the weight. Start magnifying God.
Isaiah 61:3 (NKJV)“To give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.”
Psalm 34:1 (NKJV)“I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.”
Psalm 42:11 (NKJV)“Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God; for I shall yet praise Him.”
Philippians 4:8 (NKJV)“Whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely... meditate on these things.”
Nehemiah 8:10 (NKJV)“Do not sorrow, for the joy of the LORD is your strength.”
Psalm 30:11–12 (NKJV)“You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have put off my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness.”
Habakkuk 3:17–18 (NKJV)“Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.”
Acts 16:25–26 (NKJV)“But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God... Suddenly there was a great earthquake.”
DECLARATION — I TRADE IT FOR PRAISE
Absolutely. The focus can be “trade the heaviness for praise”—not magnifying what is weighing you down, but deliberately turning your attention toward God, His goodness, and what He is doing.

DECLARATION — I TRADE IT FOR PRAISE
Today, I make a decision: I WILL PRAISE!
I will not continually rehearse what is wrong when I can remember what God has done.
I trade heaviness for praise.I trade fear for faith.I trade mourning for joy.I trade worry for worship.I trade frustration for thanksgiving.I trade hopeless thoughts for the promises of God.
My circumstances will not determine my praise.
I will bless the Lord at all times, and His praise will continually be in my mouth!
I am changing what I magnify.
I will magnify the LORD above the problem.I will magnify His promise above the pressure.I will magnify His faithfulness above what I feel.I will magnify His goodness above what I see.
I refuse to build my life around what is missing. I will thank God for what remains and believe Him for what is coming.
My praise is moving me forward.
I will get up.I will worship.I will speak life.I will give thanks.I will keep moving.
The joy of the LORD is my strength.
God has turned mourning into dancing. He has given me the garment of praise for heaviness.
So I put on praise!
Praise is in my mouth.Faith is in my heart.Hope is in my future.Joy is becoming my strength.
I WILL NOT STAY STUCK.
I TRADE IT.I PRAISE THROUGH IT.I MOVE FORWARD.
In Jesus’ name, Amen!
