Today, I cast every care upon the Lord because He cares for me.

I denounce worry, anxiety, fear, overthinking, frustration, and the need to control everything around me. I refuse to allow small problems to become strongholds in my mind.

I will not magnify what God has called me to surrender.

I release what I cannot control. I release what I cannot change. I release tomorrow. I release the opinions of others. I release every situation I have been replaying in my mind.

I choose peace.

I choose faith.

I choose trust.

I choose to speak life over my circumstances.

My mind will not be ruled by fear. My emotions will not determine my future. My circumstances will not become greater in my eyes than my God.

I declare that God is working in my life. God is directing my steps. God is giving me wisdom. God is providing what I need. God is fighting battles I cannot see.

I speak life over my mind.I speak life over my family.I speak life over my relationships.I speak life over my finances.I speak life over my work.I speak life over my future.I speak life over every situation connected to me.

I will not sweat the small stuff.

What I cannot fix, I will give to God.What I cannot understand, I will trust God with.What I cannot carry, I will lay at His feet.

Today, I cast ALL my cares upon Him.

My heart is at peace.My mind is guarded.My faith is strong.My words are filled with life.

God has this.

And because God has this, I can walk forward in peace.
